Each piece is made by hand and made to order. All pieces include a certificate of authenticity from Xibalba and lifetime maintenance in our studio in Antigua Guatemala.
How can I take care of my Xibalba Jewelry?
Every piece made in our studio meets the purity standards both in silver and gold.
The jade that we use has been ethically sourced in rivers in the south east of Guatemala. Other stones used in our pieces are natural stones as well.
While they are made to last a lifetime, pieces should be taken care of to prevent damage and tarnish.
Try not to submerge your jewelry in water, specially while bathing or swimming. Silver and gold get a natural patine while aging, even though we like that change of color that jewelry can have, you can polish them regularly to keep them brighter and shinier.
How do I know what size I should purchase?
All rings are standard sizes.
If you don't know your ring size you can go to a local jewelry store.
If you are in Guatemala you are welcome to stop by our studio and we will take your size.
When should I expect my Xibalba piece to arrive?
All our pieces are handmade to order to reduce over production. For jewelry pieces please allow our local artist one week to process your order.
All orders will be shipped from Antigua Guatemala through DHL Express.
Once your order is ready we'll email you with a tracking number, and it should arrive at your door in 5-7 business days.
Please note: All our prices are in USD. International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges.
How much should I expect shipping to be?
USA & Canada | USD$25
For purchases in Guatemala, Europe and the Rest of the World, feel free to reach out via email firstname.lastname@example.org or any of our social media platforms.
Can I return my purchase? Can I get a refund?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do our best to provide an explicit description to each product, so make sure to select your size correctly before proceeding with purchase.
As the stones that we work with are all natural, expect slight variations in tones and textures from piece to piece.
If by any chance you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately.
Keep in mind you are purchasing a one-of-a-kind, 100% handmade piece fabricated in a small jewelry studio with love and intention. Occasional small imperfections are part of the essence that show the handmade character of the piece.
